The problem
Some students know exactly what companies look for, what skills matter, how interviews work, and what mistakes to avoid.
Others are figuring it out alone.
One student may have a senior, mentor, parent, friend, or professional guiding them.
Another may have nobody.
The right opportunity often goes to the student who knew it existed early enough.
Talent matters.
But knowing how to prepare, where to focus, and how to present yourself matters too.
We don't think students should lose opportunities simply because they didn't have access to the right information.
Why we exist
IMTIIM started with one question: what if the information, mentorship and real experience once reserved for the well-connected were available to everyone?
Once the playing field is more level, what you achieve is up to you.
On success
We can't promise everyone the same outcome. We can work towards giving everyone a fairer chance to earn their own.
