What We Collect
When you use IMTIIM's services — including our free guides, ATS resume checker, mentor sessions, Live Group Discussions, and other tools — we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, college or institute name, resume, and any other details shared through our intake forms. We also collect payment confirmation details from Razorpay solely to verify your transaction.
How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the guide, resume review, or session you requested
- To communicate with you about your order, booking, or application, and any follow-ups
- To improve our service quality and mentor/content matching
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
Your Resume & Session Confidentiality
Where Your Data Is Stored
Lead and application details you submit through our forms are stored in our internal systems for the sole purpose of delivering the service and following up with you. We use standard, access-controlled tools to do this and do not make this data public.
Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary to deliver the service. If you'd like your data deleted, contact us and we'll remove it within 7 working days.
Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site — pages viewed, session length, and similar usage data. GA4 sets cookies in your browser and sends anonymised data to Google. If we run Meta advertising campaigns, Meta Pixel may also set cookies to measure ad effectiveness. Beyond these two services, no other third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used. We also use minimal browser storage (localStorage) to remember things like your plan selection within your current browser. You can opt out of Google Analytics via Google's opt-out tool.
