These terms govern your use of imtiim.com and IMTIIM's related services — free guides, the AI ATS Resume Checker, resume optimisation plans, 1-on-1 mentor sessions, Live Group Discussions, and any other tool or programme we offer (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
Who Can Use IMTIIM
Our Services are aimed at students, MBA/placement aspirants and early-career professionals. You must provide accurate information when filling out our forms (name, email, phone, college, resume, etc.) so we can actually deliver the Service to you.
Free Guides & Content
Our placement guides (Marketing, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain — 101, Practitioner and Placement Bible editions, and the downloadable PDFs) are free to read, download and share in full. They are not for resale or modification, and may not be reproduced, repackaged or redistributed as your own work, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
Paid Services & Payments
Some Services — resume optimisation plans, mentor sessions, Live Group Discussions and Placement Bible membership — are paid. Prices are listed in INR on the relevant page and are processed securely through Razorpay. By paying, you're purchasing the specific plan or session described on that page at the time of purchase; plans and pricing may change for future purchases.
Refunds
We stand by the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with your resume after delivery, you can request a full refund within 48 hours of delivery — no questions asked; email us within that window and we'll process it within 3–5 working days. For Pro and Premium mentor-session plans, a full refund is available within 48 hours of payment if your session hasn't yet been scheduled or conducted; once a session is completed, refunds apply only to the remaining unused sessions. We only ask one thing first: give us a fair chance to make it right before you request a refund.
Mentor Sessions & Group Discussions
1-on-1 sessions and Live Group Discussions are conducted over video call (Google Meet/Zoom) at a time we confirm with you after payment or registration. Please join on time and treat mentors and fellow participants respectfully — we may remove participants who are disruptive or abusive without a refund.
Acceptable Use
- Don't scrape, bulk-download, or attempt to republish our guides, tools or company/case-study data as your own product
- Don't misuse the ATS checker, chatbot or other tools to attack, overload or reverse-engineer our systems
- Don't submit false information to unlock services meant for verified students/aspirants
No Placement Guarantee
IMTIIM helps you prepare — sharper resumes, mentor guidance, structured practice and study material. We do not guarantee any interview call, offer, or placement outcome; results depend on many factors outside our control, including the roles you apply to and how you use what you learn.
Limitation of Liability
The Services, including free guides and AI-generated feedback, are provided "as is" to help with your preparation. To the extent permitted by law, IMTIIM isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services; our liability for any paid Service is limited to the amount you paid for that Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our Services evolve. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
